Consulting

I work with organisations on strategy, inclusive recruitment, disability confidence, and DEI programme design. I've led DEI and accessibility programmes at Meta and WPP — including making GroupM the first UK advertising agency to achieve Disability Confident status and building a returners programme that employed 27 women over 45.

Speaking

I speak at conferences, leadership events, internal sessions and for broadcast about neurodiversity, inclusion, and what it takes to build workplaces where disabled and neurodivergent people can do their best work. Previous audiences include the House of Lords, the Cabinet Office, IBM Think, the British Psychological Society, and IGPP's Progressing Neurodiversity at Work conference.

I design and deliver training on neurodiversity, allyship, conscious inclusion and accessible hiring — tailored for HR, recruitment, leadership or whole-team audiences. Each session is informed by my research, my lived experience, and years on the other side — commissioning and evaluating training as a DEI professional at WPP and Meta.

Research

I'm an Honorary Research Associate at the University of Bristol, and have worked with Autistica and Ambitious about Autism on co-designed research. My role is to make sure neurodivergent people have a say in the research that's about us.
