I put together a clear proposal with a defined scope, timeline and fee.

Programme design and delivery

The work itself — which might be an audit, a strategy document, facilitated sessions, policy review, programme design, or a combination of all of these.

Embedding and review

We review outcomes together and make sure recommendations are embedded. Ongoing advisory support is available after the initial engagement.
